RIYADH: The Saudi International Exhibition for Disability and Rehabilitation Requirements is being held in Riyadh to showcase the latest advancements improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and those requiring rehabilitation.
The three-day exhibition, running until Nov. 12, is attended by dignitaries, specialists, and representatives from local and international organizations, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
CEO of the Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities Hisham Al-Haidari toured the exhibition, which features associations, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and companies focused on assistive technologies.

In partnership with the authority, the exhibition aims to raise awareness of disability issues, promote empowerment, expand investment in disability solutions, and facilitate knowledge exchange.
Specialized sessions cover themes such as rehabilitation, assistive technologies, rights and services, the impact of sports on quality of life, and nonprofit initiatives for empowerment.
The exhibition reinforces the Kingdom’s commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and improved quality of life for persons with disabilities.
