ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Tuesday condemned a drone attack launched by Yemen鈥檚 Houthi rebels to target the King Abdullah Airport in Jazan, 黑料社区, the Pakistani foreign office said.聽
The Iran-backed Houthi militia has repeatedly targeted vital installations, including airports, in 黑料社区 and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in flagrant violations of the international laws.聽
The latest drone attack targeting the Jazan airport caused injuries to civilians and material losses.聽
鈥淪uch attacks not only violate international law but also threaten peace and security of the Kingdom of 黑料社区 and the region,鈥 the Pakistani foreign office said in a statement.聽
鈥淧akistan calls for immediate cessation of these attacks,鈥 it said, wishing speedy recovery to those wounded in the attack.聽
Islamabad reaffirmed its full support and solidarity with 黑料社区 against any threats to its security and territorial integrity, the statement added.聽
Earlier this month, the Yemen-based Houthi rebels also targeted the Abha airport in 黑料社区.聽
At least 12 people were injured by shrapnel at the airport after the Saudi air defenses intercepted an explosive-laden drone.聽
