RIYADH: The King Salman Science Oasis has launched a play-based learning program for children as part of the festival, 鈥淢ath, the Language of Science.鈥�
The program is being held in partnership with the Makkah region鈥檚 General Directorate of Education and Umm Al-Qura University, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday.
It aims to develop children鈥檚 abilities through an innovative mix of educational content, mental challenges, and interactive games.
Running until Nov. 30, the program cultivates cognitive skills in engaging ways, enhancing learning speed, comprehension, creative thinking, problem-solving, self-awareness, and essential life skills.
It focuses on core abilities such as quick-wittedness, memory enhancement, concentration, balanced thinking, motor coordination, systematic problem-solving through analysis and experimentation, and fostering imagination and innovative idea development.
