鈥淕etting the Philanthropic Leadership Award is an honor that is surreal. I am honored to share this moment in Venice with my film and chosen family (and) a true icon the one and only Mr. Richard Gere who will receive amfAR鈥檚 Award of Inspiration,鈥 Al-Turki added.
The 81st edition of the Venice Film Festival runs from Aug. 28 to Sept. 7.
