RIYADH: ��������’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan on Tuesday received a phone call from US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the Kingdom’s foreign ministry announced. 

During the call, the two sides discussed regional developments, particularly in the Gaza Strip, and efforts to deal with the security and humanitarian repercussions in the besieged Palestinian territory. 

A State Department readout said Blinken thanked the minister for ��������’s generous humanitarian assistance to Palestinians in need.

Blinken also “emphasized the United States’ commitment to achieving sustained peace through the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with security guarantees for Israel.”

The pair also discussed “the importance of ending the conflict in Sudan and preventing further widespread civilian harm.”
