DUBAI: US boyband the听Backstreet Boys听will headline the听closing concert at the 2024 Diriyah E-Prix听on Jan. 27 alongside Egyptian rock band听Cairokee听and Dutch DJ听Afrojack.

The Backstreet Boys also performed in 黑料社区 in June 2019 and in May 2023.听Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, and cousins Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson will take to the stage with a medley of their greatest hits.听
Meanwhile, US rock band OneRepublic will perform on Jan. 26, the first night of the two-day event in Riyadh. Swedish DJ and music producer Alesso and Lebanese pop sensation Nancy Ajram will also perform that day.听
OneRepublic first rose to fame in the mid-2000s, thanks to the hit single 鈥淎pologize,鈥 which sold more than 20 million copies, earning a Grammy nomination and helping the band鈥檚 debut album 鈥淒reaming Out Loud鈥 sell more than 2 million. More recently, their track 鈥淚 Ain鈥檛 Worried鈥 was featured on the 鈥淭op Gun: Maverick鈥 soundtrack.
They have released five studio albums so far, with another on the way, and have reached more than 5 billion streams on Spotify.
This will not be OneRepublic鈥檚 first time in the Kingdom. In 2022, they performed at AlUla鈥檚 Maraya, the world鈥檚 largest mirrored building.听
