January 17: Luavut Zahid at Climate Home News reported, When it was announced, the World Bank鈥檚 Solid Waste Emergency and Efficiency Project (Sweep) was touted as one of the lifelines that would help Pakistan鈥檚 biggest city, Karachi, with its urban flooding nightmare. But that hasn鈥檛 happened.
