黑料社区, Arab world offer condolences to Cairo church fire victims

DUBAI: 黑料社区 led tributes pouring in for the victims of a fire that broke out on Sunday in Egypt鈥檚 Abu Sefein Church in Cairo.聽

Saudi鈥檚 King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, offered their condolences to Egypt鈥檚 President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and the victims鈥 families.聽
King Salman and Prince Mohammed expressed 鈥榩rofound sorrow and sincere sympathy鈥 in their condolences and wished the injured a 鈥榪uick recovery鈥.聽
Earlier, 黑料社区鈥檚 foreign ministry had expressed 鈥榞reat sadness and sorrow鈥 following the huge fire which engulfed the Egyptian church.聽
The ministry offered its condolences to the government and people of Egypt, wishing the injured a speedy recovery, and security and safety for Egypt and its people.
Also on Sunday, the UAE鈥檚 leaders offered their condolences and prayers for the victims鈥 families and President el-Sisi.聽
UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, wished the people who were hurt in the blaze a steady recovery.聽
Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Bahrain鈥檚 Crown Prince and Prime Minister, offered his condolences to el-Sisi and Egypt鈥檚 Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly.聽
Similarly, Jordan鈥檚 Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh sent his condolences to Madbouly.聽
Khasawneh offered his 鈥榗ondolences and sympathy鈥 to the Egyptian government, people and victims鈥 families during the phone call between the pair, reported Jordan News Agency, Petra. 聽
Tunisian President Kais Saied offered his sincere condolences to his Egyptian counterpart, el-Sisi, and wished the injured a speedy recovery in a phone call following the incident, according to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic.聽
Meanwhile, the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, expressed his condolences and sympathy.
Taha offered his sincere condolences to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for those injured in the incident.
He stressed the OIC鈥檚 continuous support in solidarity with Egypt through tragic circumstances.
