RIYADH: Riyadh Cement Co. has secured its board of directors’ approval to transfer to ºÚÁÏÉçÇø’s main market TASI, a bourse filing revealed.
The cement producer, which is currently listed on the parallel Nomu market, has appointed Yaqeen Capital as a financial advisor for the transition.
The transaction is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, the company said in the filing.
