A question for the creative leaders of the future: Are you happy to rely on overused techniques to accomplish your goal?
If the answer is yes, ask yourselves why. What about inventing your own approaches, your own signature methods?
Never normalize adopting overused and outdated techniques — that was one of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s messages in a recent interview with The Atlantic magazine. The crown prince shed light on the importance of being creative and original when it comes to the quality of work.
Speaking as a writer and communicator, I love to do things my way as much as I can. Creating and maintaining an inclusive line is not easy, but it is worth the effort.
I agree that most of us are compelled to approach our projects/tasks in established ways in order to meet the required goals. However, it is good to at least consider coming up with a different technique that makes the results better.
Here I will explore the value of creative work in various areas.
We are blessed to be surrounded by leaders who are serious about success. They take every beneficial initiative and idea seriously by encouraging innovation, improving efficiencies and empowering the workforce. There is no place for old-fashioned ways of leading now.

In leadership: How to be a great leader depends on how you lead. The idea of leadership is changing. Today’s new school is flexible, transparent and more open about being unique.

In communications: To be a professional communicator, either internally or externally, you have to be attentive to the small details in order to make a beautiful reflection of your objectives. The more you observe, the better you become at communicating; this goes for the written and verbal messages you wish to deliver, causing the receiver to engage positively.
In development: Using modern approaches is mandatory considering the swift growth we witness locally and globally, though there is still much work to be done in general.
We have sustainable energies within us as humans. Every day we wake up with a new thought, and a wish to see the light and be real. My advice is to stop being humble for a second and share your inspiring thoughts.
