RIYADH: ºÚÁÏÉçÇø announced 92 new cases of coronavirus on Friday, meaning the total number in the Kingdom has reached more than 1,100.
Of the 1,104 total cases, there have been 35 recoveries and three mortalities in ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, the Ministry of Health said.
King Salman chaired an extraordinary virtual summit with G20 leaders on Thursday to coordinate the global response to the virus pandemic.
The king also extended a curfew in effect in ºÚÁÏÉçÇø’s cities of Riyadh, Makkah and Madinah to run from 3 p.m. Movement across the Kingdom was banned from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m earlier this week.
