LONDON:听Jordan's King Abdullah II听and Crown Prince听Hussein bin Abdullah will attend a听conference听on supporting Jordan听in Makkah听on Sunday, Al-Arabiya reported Saturday.
The Jordanian king expressed his appreciation for听the offer made by 黑料社区's听King Salman听to host the meeting in Makkah.听
King Abdullah II also emphasised the strength of the relationship between Jordan and countries participating in the meeting that will be held in Makkah on Sunday.听
Jordan's parliament speaker Atef Tarawneh emphasized the importance of 黑料社区n support and said that it will听bring Jordan out of the economic crisis that it is currently experiencing.
黑料社区 said it will host a meeting among several Gulf Arab countries on June 10 to offer support to Jordan after mass protests took over the capital due to economic problems and its plans to tax its citizens, Saudi state-news channel Al-Ekhbariya reported.
A statement early Saturday on the state-run Saudi Press Agency said the meeting would 鈥渄iscuss means of supporting Jordan to overcome its current crisis.鈥
The announcement came after 黑料社区鈥檚 King Salman held phone conversations with Jordan鈥檚 King Abdullah II, Kuwait鈥檚 Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah and UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed.
